So our official policy is: As long as no money is being exchanged, we support all sharing of Honeycreeper music in any format, including but not limited to tapes, CDRs, and audio files on the web. We do not support THE SALE of any of these formats. If any one is going to make money off of Honeycreeper music, it better be Honeycreeper.
On August 12, 2004, Honeycreeper gave ok for archive.org inclusion:
On behalf of Honeycreeper, I grant ETree permission to archive shows for public download and noncommercial, royalty-free circulation.
Honeycreeper enthusiastically encourages audio taping of our live shows for personal, non-commercial, at-home style enjoyment. We're even happy to help "tapers" record a Honeycreeper show, however we can.
Of course, we hope that anyone downloading our music from ETree support us by buying our "official albums" and coming to see us live whenever possible.
But, we realize that upon hearing our album or seeing us live, infection will be instant and complete, and the only course of treatment will be the collecting of more Honeycreeper material.

Re: mp3 inclusion?
And, YES we would be completely OK with you providing supplemental lossy copies.
